About

She has over 16 years of experience in the media industry and academics. She is a gold medalist from Tezpur University. Before exploring her interest in academics, she was associated with television research in Eenadu Television, Hyderabad and television production in a private channel in Bangalore. She has also worked with a regional English daily newspaper as a Sub-editor and as a District Media Expert in National (Rural) Health Mission, Assam. She has been serving in Cotton University (erstwhile Cotton College) since September 2013.
